Welcome to The Anglican Parish of the Good Shepherd

 

 Welcome to the Anglican Parish of the Good Shepherd! We are a worshipping community rooted in the Anglican tradition serving the people of Mount Pearl and the surrounding area. Our parish embraces a broad range of Anglican spirituality and worship with a strong emphasis on outreach and hospitality reflected in our Parish Mission Statement: “As Good Shepherds, we love God with all our hearts and we love our neighbours as ourselves as we reach out into our world in the name of Jesus Christ.”

 

Liturgically, our main gathering is a contemporary service of worship on Sunday mornings at 11a.m. A traditional celebration of the Holy Eucharist is always held at 8:30 a.m. every Sunday. We warmly invite you to worship with us, and participate in the life of our Church Family. Shepherd's Cafe
Since 2010 the Parish of the Good Shepherd has provided a community lunch free of charge every Wednesday. Known as the Shepherds Cafe, it is a ministry of hospitality and operates with volunteers and entirely on donations. view more...

Adopt-a-Park Program
The City of Mount Pearls Adopt-A-Park Program has enabled the Parish of the Good Shepherd to assume responsibility for part of the green space around it as part of the parishs ongoing care of the environment and outreach to the wider community.view more...
