As in other faith communities, COVID has caused a number of our ministries to be put on hold due to an abundance of caution and Diocesan Protocols. Our Ministries continue to evolve and our Website continues to be a work in progress.
Vestry
Parish leaders are elected annually to form the Vestry which meets regularly to make administrative and financial decisions on behalf of the Parish. If you desire to be considered for a leadership role in the Parish, please speak with the Rector.
Ladies Night
This group of ladies (over 60 strong) meet once per month for fellowship and sharing generally on the first Monday of the month. All interested ladies are welcome to come and there is no expectation of anyone beyond the desire to be together as women in Christian community. Please watch the church bulletin for announcements every month. Check Weekly Bulletin for upcoming events.
Men’s Fellowship
This group of men meet most weeks on Thursday nights for a time of fellowship and fun. Darts, crib, and a cup of tea together are common features of the gathering but they are always open to new ideas. Check Weekly Bulletin for upcoming events.
Morning Fellowship
Meet Thursday mornings till Noon. Bring your crafting, knitting, quilting projects or just come for a chat and the company of others.
Outreach to Seniors
Are dedicated volunteers who stay in contact, along with the Rector, with the seniors in our Parish Family. They also hold an annual seniors dinner at Christmas time. Contact the Parish Office for more details. Check Weekly Bulletin for upcoming events.
Counting Teams
These teams of people are responsible for counting and recording the collections each Sunday. If you would like to lend a hand, and can commit to some extra time following worship once a month, please contact the Parish Office.
Outreach
The parish contributes to the national Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF) as well as other charities. We support the local food bank through our collection box located in the entrance to our building. Various times throughout the year the Parish will come together to assist those in need by various means. We encourage you to prayerfully reflect and give as you can through our Parish to our community and the world around us.
